How do I unblock my account?


I blocked my account when I lost my phone as I was concerned someone would get into the app. I have now found my phone. I can get into the app, but it seems I can’t make any transfers. I tried to get my account unblocked via the app chat but was told I needed to call tide. But when I called tide I was told that I needed to do it via the app chat! I have also emailed. This is quite urgent so any help would appreciated. Thanks.
