How did we do? email content

I recently used the Tide app chat facility to ask a question regarding account limits. I would like to think that text submitted via the Tide app is encrypted and secure (can you confirm?), but I have just received a “How did we do?” followup email which contained all the text of my chat along with my full name, which I would consider rather too sensitive to be sent via email. I would suggest that repeating chat content relating to bank accounts in emails is not particularly secure. Do you have any thoughts?
