I am irritated by the way TIDE Bank’s app (and website) will log me out so quickly. Honestly, we only get just TWO minutes and then BANG! we are logged out by Tide’s app.
This is deeply irritating.
How the heck are we supposed to use this system when reconciling Tide with our other systems?
Is there any way to increase this time?
If not I may need to take my business elsewhere. Appalling. I simply can’t believe that many users voted for this. The RBS gives us 15 minutes which is vastly more sensible.
