Help with set up account scan problems

I have just open the tide app and i am trying to set up a account but i get to the scan section and i scan my drivers licence and then my selfie and it just returns me to do the same thing again . I have tryed scaning my passport as well and when it comes to yhe selfie bit i am not shore if i am doing it right or not but i just follow the dot with my eyes .please help !
