Help set up account but needed extra info now froze

Hi I set up account today and they asked for extra info about business which I have provided but haven’t heard anything now and can’t access chat page on app either it has just froze in the message screen where I submitted my info can someone please tell me what to do as need to get sorted to start banking ASAP thank you

I got his when moving to a new phone (strange to me as i was already registered!)
Seems to be the norm now - you just have to wait and then get various apologies.
not good.
