Hi I got a new phone and cannot access my business account. I need to pay suppliers from it and I am massively stressing about this - I cannot log into on my laptopn either as you need the app to do this! [email protected] is not replying to my emails or tweets - does anyone have a phone number for them?

Sorry to hear this - have you made sure you were using the email address attached to your Tide account when trying to sign in on your new phone?
