I have left several messages 24 hours ago, and sent emails but had no response, I can not do any business at the moment as for some reason my card is not working.

Do not worry bro, this is the New Tide. They do not have coatumer service, they are not bothered to respond.
Report to the FSA. They are very encouraging. Also worth leaving your honest thoughts on trust pilot. Anything to warn potential customers - don’t expect any help.
