Transfered funds the sum £1000 to Wife 's ie Metro account on Staturday morning by
8 33 am till this day she has not yet rececived the funds. She walked into the bank where infromed that funds is not her account

Thank you for reaching out - I completely understand how concerning this must be.

We did have a temporary outage with one of our payment partners on Saturday, which could have caused a delay with some payments. I can see that you already have a ticket with the team in-app, and they’ll update you as soon as possible with the solution to this.
