I have misplaced my card & would like to freeze it! I am unable to access my app as this is on my phone (also misplaced). PLease can you freeze my card immediately!
Hi @sarahh, we’re sorry to hear about your phone and card. I can confirm that your card has been frozen. To re-access your card, you can install your Tide app on a new device and you’ll be guided through account recovery - all you need is a UK sim card. The process is the same if you wish to order a new card.
