FreeAgent - bank feed not updating


I connected Tide to my FreeAgent at the end of last week and the bank feed never updated. I was advised by FreeAgent to remove the link and try again - so I did this yesterday, it has been more than 24 hours but still nothing showing in my feed.

Please can someone help?

I contacted support via the app on Monday - it is now Friday and this has still not been resolved…
