Free Agent Integration not working/syncing



I have had issues with Tide not syncing with my Free agent account for the past few days - i have now got it working again but am missing the past week’s worth of transactions - i have just tried a manual upload of the CSV file that i got from Tide - but am getting an error - there is a problem with the csv - not good!

Can anyone assist with this issues?
