I have spotted fraudulent transactions on my account & I need to speak to someone urgently !

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your reply - I have now e-mailed the address you suggested and await a reply from Tide. Can you tell me what the procedure is from here or direct me to some resources with further information on the process please?
