Fraudulent payment



I contacted yourselves by the support icon in the app regarding a payment on 9th February 2019. Till date not resolved. 5 messages since I raised the complaint just to saying you need more time.

Banking rules state that fraudulent payment should be credited in to the customer account in 24 hours am I correct or not. What is going on tide? Me and me Board not happy

The update is the same as before. We are still dealing with it. What I am trying to clarify is does the banking rules state that repayment of any fraud transaction within 24 hours. Not 4 weeks later and still nothing


Can I have an update please.
