Fraud on Tide account

Please I would like to know how Tide deals with fraud and their response time for a refund. I just noticed 3 ATM withdrawals this morning from my account and I have my card with me. I don’t know how someone was able to take out money from the machine without using my card.

Hi @Obiken, my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Situations where fraud occurs are always treated with the utmost urgency and if you’ve encountered a fraudulent payment it’s important to contact us via the app, or email hello@tide.co, so our escalations team can assist you.
