Fraud no customer service

I have been in touch 20 times maybe now via app and email Tide have not replied my account has been hacked and emptied all apart from £10 this morning.
I messaged at 4.30 this morning I know nobody could reply then but it’s now 12.30 and still nothing from anyone.
Disappointed to say the least 8 transactions :cry:What can I say still nothing from anyone.
I love my account so easy but this is making me telling at it how can you not take this seriously how can you leave a small buisness with no money in account so I now can’t buy stock for the weekend ???
