I forgot my passcode into the tide business app.
I have now been locked out, and since yesterday there has been a continual message, which says ‘we are now performing some additional checks which we aim to complete within two working hours’
This message has been held for over 24 hours now.
I need to make business critical payments, and I need to access to my app, to make these payments! Please help and resolve asap…!!
My card is still working.
