Your invoice template settings can be found by visiting the more section (located in the bottom navigation bar) before selecting Invoicing under the Services header.

Tap Template logo in the Invoice Template page to begin select your company’s logo for the invoice template.

Tap Upload from photos to be taken to your device’s photo storage.

Once you have selected your photo, you are able to crop the image by zooming in and out. Tap ‘Use’ when complete and it will appear in the preview box. Tap Save.

Hi, My logo doesn’t look right on the invoice. It’s landscape format and truncated. Can you confirm the best dimension to load and I will format before attempting again.


Can I ask what device you are using?

We recently launched an invoice-cropping feature that lets you specify the dimensions of the logo as it appears on your invoice template. This feature is available now on iOS, and will be available very shortly on Android.

Hi, Do you have the image size that is best - mine is the same - truncated and landscape.

Hi @paulgrant, apologies for the delay in getting back to you here. We suggest uploading a logo that is at least 1.5 megapixels. Smaller logos will work as well but in many cases the results will depend on the content of the logo. If you have any questions on this, do get in touch with our Help team. They’d be more than happy to help assist.
