Hi @NewMotion, I can see that you have been added to our list on the 18th of January 2018.

After speaking with the ICA team, they have told me you need to start the application.

You can start the application by going into your Tide app.

Go to more and then ‘apply for IBAN’ will appear.

I’ve got no alternative but to keep posting here, and sending messages, until someone actually bothers to reply. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve now tried. Please will someone reply! I need help with my app. It’s refusing to let me re register an existing account.

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know about this. Unfortunately, we are no longer adding members to our preview list for International Currency accounts (ICAs) or transfers to eligible members at the moment. We are going to be updating our FAQs regarding this as soon as possible and reach out to as many members as possible.

We are working on an ICA for our members that will be able to meet all your international needs. In the meantime, you will need to use a third party to make or receive any international transfers.

We are registering interest for International Currency accounts so if you’d like to add you to the list to be the first for updates, do let us know via the in-app chat or at - our team will then get back to you promptly!
