Direct Debits - Slow to No In App Response



Hi there has anyone else have problems with their Tide DD’s today? Not sure if its just me but I could really do with an answer please!!

We’ve unfortunately experienced some issues with Direct Debits today. I can confirm that our Member Support team is on it! They’ll be back in touch via the in-app chat as soon as they have an update.
