We’re currently experiencing a peak in interest, and an overwhelming volume of new applications. Although we’re thrilled to welcome so many new members, we’re experiencing some delays in processing certain applications.

We run checks on all applications and usually our members are able to create an account immediately - but if we need to ask for additional details about you and your company it can take a bit longer. Currently, our on-boarding team will typically reach out to you within 3 days. Often it’ll be a lot less: our on-boarding team are doing their best to process the spike in applications as quickly as they can.

Hi. Is it typical that I cannot use the app at all whilst my application is processing?

That is correct, until your application is reviewed and approved, you will not be able to use the Tide app for other purposes. Once the application is approved, you will be able to log into your Tide account and begin using it.
