Hello. I am using tide account around 2 years. Now i have changed my phone and tried to set up app. I have entered my pin but it keep saying wrong pin. I have tried forgot pin and set new. But again it won’t let me do that. I have send 2 emails to suppybut no response. My account is locked from a week on this Christmas time . This is horrible experience.

Really sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble @Jas.

If you are restoring the apps linked to your previous device, for security reasons you’ll just need to delete and re-install the Tide app.
