Could anyone help ? Unable to login to my account

hi, could anyone help me please? A few days ago i had set up a payment for our solisitor to complete the house purchace but unable to as i’m forgot my security code and I have tried to reset it- done it and been told that they aims to compete it within 2 working houres, it wag 2 days ago and im still unable to login to my account :frowning:
