Card rejected


Hello - a regular card payment, set up using our company Tide card, for software services was just rejected multiple times despite funds being available, while software-related payment to another supplier has been successfully processed. The software supplier tells me that there is a problem with our bank (ie Tide). However, I am still waiting for service via the Tide chat app despite submitting this over 12 hours ago (of which 2 hours are business hours).

I am sorry that there were a few delays over the Christmas period in getting back to our members. I can see that the merchant no longer accepted a prepaid type card. I am really sorry about that!
