Is there a timeframe as I need access to funds
Was fobbed off this morning still no resolution how can this be allowed to happen. I understand compliance but this is not compliance it’s sheer poor service
Still no access to funds why am I being treated this way. No communication whatsoever. I will take this up with the ombudsman
