Can't reset my password

I cannot get access to my account.

I have tried to reset my password and I get to the point it tells me that it has sent a retrieval code on SMS but no code arrives. I have done this a number of times.

When I have emailed for help response has been slow and suggests to contact you using the in-app chat but this isn’t possible since I cannot log in.

Can you respond to my emails so this can be resolved.

Brian - I am having the same issue, can you explain how this was resolved as will not hear until monday? I am trying to make payments and it will not accept my security code which I wrote down at the time of creating the account so unsure why this is happening.
