Cant access my account - therfore my money - no one answers the support

As per the subject line

When I click in the APP “All ready have account” it asks for my email - then takes me down the road of opening an account.

Tried to access online - need the APP.

Who do you call……………not a clue, but you won’t answer the support within the APP

Report to the FSA. They are very encouraging. Its worth leaving your honest thoughts on trust pilot. Anything to warn potential customers - don’t expect help in emergencies.
