I cannot access my account! I have a new phone, downloaded the app and it when i click the “i already have an account” button it takes me to new account set up! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it does not work so i cant access my account. Please help!

If you’re getting prompted to open a new account when you select ‘I already have an account’, this is likely due to the email you’re typing out being different from the one associated with your account.

I would recommend that you try again with a different email.
