Cannot Login to my Tide Account

I am trying to login to my account through the passcode but it isn’t working.
I have tried to change the code with my ID but that also isn’t working.

I have been setting my account up with you and you required some further information which was fine and then suddenly i cannot access my account.

Can someone please get back to me ASAP as i have questions in the account i need to answer to you but i cannot access anything.
