Cannot get into my account via the app

My account has just been authorised but I cannot get into it. Every time I go into the app it takes me to the message page. I’ve tried closing the app and have just deleted it and now I’ve had to re registered all over again just to get back in. How do you get out of that page?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems accessing your account.

If you re-install the app after deleting it, you will need to complete the account recovery process to gain access to your Tide account.
