Cannot access Support on TIDE App

Dear Sir(Madam),

I cannot access support on TIDE App. I have made a transaction and for security it is in Hold. App is returning the following error when trying to access support:
"Ooops, something went wrong. We were unable to load member support, tap below to try again.

I have tried many times and it does not work.

Hi there @marcodias

What I’d recommend is to log in to Tide on Web, this’ll ensure that you’re able to see both your own messages and our team’s responses.

You can do this by going to More -> Log in on my computer.

I have been trying to do just that. I keep receiving the following msg => Sorry, looks like one of our Servers is temporarily unavailable, please try again shortly!

All sorted. I can access it now. Itlooks like it is a new version. Maybe it was been updated.
