My mobile died unexpectedly. I’ve downloaded App on new phone and done all the security verification/Additional Checks yesterday. App not allowing access and the “contact us” link isn’t working as Ticket page is not responding.
Online is not allowing me to log in and isn’t even recognising my email address, even although I’ve received marketing emails from TIDE in the last few days. HELP please I need access to my account as soon as possible…
