Hi, is it possible that you send statement to email if someone is requested. and second thing if somebody lost his id and phone both and he do not have id and he want to make new app new phone then how he can do.
Hi @mirza281, thanks for your question. If someone requests a statement, I recommend downloading it and then attaching it to an email. Then with regards to losing your ID & phone, do you have an alternative form of identification such as a passport? The account recovery process will ask for a picture of your passport or driving licence for security purposes. Further instructions can be found here.
