Can not access account for last 3 days

I have recently changed phones and I am now unable to log in to my account. The automatic photo ID does not work at different times of day/ different lighting etc as mentioned on other posts. I desperately need to gain access to this account as a small business, I rely on this to make and receive payments but currently can not do this. I have emailed by have had no response.
Please advise on how I can access my account.
