BACS payment on Thursday 13th - Still no funds in our account!



Hi all,

We are expecting a large BACS payment, it was paid on Thursday and the company sent us a screen shot of the payment and still today, 7 days later we have not had it.

We have reached out only to get generic messages back and no answers.

Please will someone advise before we take this further.
