I have not even started yet and I am ready to give up with Tide!
I registered an account from my phone.
I have received the MasterCard
I attempted to use the use the app to register the card
All I got was the Tide logo and a little wheel spinning forever.
After looking at similar issues in FAQs, I deleted the app and re-downloaded.
App opened perfectly and invited me to sign in to an existing account (or set up a new account)
I chose sign in and it took me through the start of the account set-up anyway.
I worked through this up to the point where it asked me to identify the company which I did
I got an error message saying there was a problem and that I could not set up an account for that company (presumably because I already have)
The error message gave me a choice of Cancel or Contact
I selected Contact and it just went back to the previous screen,
Despite the fact that ‘doing the same thing over again and expecting a different outcome’ is the definition of insanity, I did and I am - Clearly!
