Hi, the app is stuck on the blue loading screen again with no way to access my account. Help!

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you have difficulties with accessing the app. I can recommend you to try restarting your phone and then open the app. Or you can delete your app, restart the phone and reinstall the app from App/Google Play store and go through account recovery process to regain access to your account. Keep in mind that you need to enter the email address associated with your Tide account, otherwise it will direct you to sign up. And you will need to scan your ID and take a selfie as part of the process.
