App is failing to load messages

Hi - i recently opened an account and installed the app - I have a message but the app is giving me a ‘failed to load messages’ error when I try to access. How do I fix this please?

We’re hoping to see this issue finally sorted out soon.

For now, what I would recommend is to log in to Tide on Web on your computer.

You can do this by going to More -> ‘Log in on my computer’ in the app.
