I recently created a new account and received an email that there was additional information that I needed to provide through the messenger in the app. However, after entering my security code into the app, it immediately closes and kicks me off. Do I need to wait longer to be verified before I can access the app?

Hello. I was informed there would be an 18 day delay. I cannot pause my economic activity for this long. Could my application for the company “European Policy Platform Ltd” be cancelled. Thank you.
