I keep getting an error notification when I try to add a payee/view my pin.

I have recently re-downloaded the app as my number had changed.

However, I have tried to contact tide via the app but no response. Do they respond on the weekend?

So frustrating!

I am getting the same issue - tried to redownload the app.

Adding in a payee on line (Web) or via the app I have no joy and get some error pop up. Have sent a message in the app and nothing back from Tide

It feels like my money is stuck in limbo!

Me too! I also re-downloaded. But no hope.

I have emailed also. Really frustrating that there is no support for emergencies. Especially as tide is supposed to be a bank!
