The login screen is asking for my passcode, but then sitting on the loading screen. I need to access my account to get funds but I can’t get in, please help!

Hi, Katie.

Thank you for reaching out about this. This seems like an unusual issue, could I ask you to simply force-close the app, restart your device and try again? If the issue persists, let me know, but I’d like to try this without needing to go through account recovery or reinstalling the app.
