Additional Security Checks

Every time i update my phone or the app im having to go through additional checks to re access my account which is then taken anything from a few hours to 3 days.

All my security info is up to date email, phone number etc so how come im having to send my passport off every time ?

Plus can i get access to my account thanks

Are you trying to access your account on another phone by any chance? If so, it’ll require you to go through our account recovery process.

However, if you’re just updating the app via the App or Play Store that shouldn’t be the case.

If you’re experiencing further issues with this, could you please reach out to our Member Support team so they can look into it for you?
