Add New Recipient Not Working

I’m unable to add new recipients through my Tide app – I get the code through fine, enter the code, then nothing happens. The code screen just sits there. I can add a recipient through the desktop site, but that’s a bit of a pain…

Hi Vicky, thank you for drawing this to our attention. We’ve raised this with our dev team and they’re working to resolve this. We understand that new recipients can be added via the desktop, and this action is accessible via your phone once you delete and reinstall the app. This will require an account recovery process. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused, we understand this is frustrating and are actively looking to find a solution for this.
