Hi, I’m trying to get started by activating my new card but the Manage Cards screen is completely blank (see image). I’ve got no response from in-app messaging support and I’ve reinstalled the app from scratch but the problem remains. This isn’t encouraging me to move my business banking to Tide, which was the original intention.

I can confirm that our tech team was made aware of this issue and the fix has been deployed in the new update released yesterday. Make sure to update your Tide application on the App Store. It may take a few hours until it’s available for all members but please do try and let us know how that goes.
