I have recently set up a new account with the main reason to integrate with Xero for my accountant. I have clicked on the accounting software option, an follow the steps but it always fails? I have added a pic to show the results. any ideas?

unfortunately I have raised this subject in 3 different requests yet no one has given me any help. they have just directed me back to the instructions even after I’ve posted photos of each set I’m taking and then a photo of the final failing to connect.
