Account payment review

Hello. My account has been paused Alfalabratories due to payment review issues. I have been required extra information and proof regarding the payments. I was requested this information on the massages window of the app, which did did not notify me at all. Even I have been sent email with such request. Now after providing all information, I would like to know the status and timeframe how long it will take take. On the massages on the app nobody is responding. Now I can not accept and do payments. Job is paused even though difficult enough times. The last but not the least I have to check app massages every other hour. I look forward your respond as soon as possible.
