Account pauses

To whom it may concern,

I am writing today as it’s been 5 weeks now since my account has been paused. I have asked a manager to contact me ASAP and no one has come back to me at all. It is absolutely ridiculous that this is now taking so long!

What is going on?! Compliance said they would have this sorted in a matter of days…I spoke to the company who paid and you was in touch with them weeks ago yet my funds and account are still frozen?!
