Account Paused - And No Clear Reason or Time Frame Provided


My account has been temporarily paused. I was told that I would receive an info with detailed explanation & solution but I have not yet received it. The answers are generic and not at all helpful. There is also no number to call?
This is extremely bad customer service. How can I get in contact with a customer service representative that can ACTUALLY assist?
