Account opening non-response

Hello, I recently tried to open a new account and was sent two messages in app which I have responded to (last Friday 7th June). Since then I have sent two further messages (it’s now Wednesday 12th June), as I’ve had no response whatsoever. Is it standard practice not to respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe? Not impressed!
