We have been denied access to our account for 4 days. I keep following your instructions to uninstall & reinstall & I have done this 4 times at your explicit request. This is really hurting our business & I still do not know what the problem is. It would appear from other feedback that this is common!!! What do I need to do? Issue legal proceedings? I am totally at a loss.
