Account Frozen - No access for over 2 months

My account was frozen and I made contact on Feb 19th for which the response was sorry we missed your request it went into a different messaging system. (No idea what that actually means). You requested I resend my request via hello@tide.co which I did. I now have not received any further responses and have mailed hello a few times since but zero response. I am now getting quite annoyed at the complete lack of response and my cash is still frozen.

Well another two weeks and nothing. I do not understand why you cannot allow me to access my money.
